You want the very best for your animal.
You want them to feel safe, relaxed, confident and content. You want to know that they're happy—not simply that they're behaving well.
But animals can't always tell us what they need.
That's where intuitive insight can help.
Through gentle healing sessions, I tune into your animal's emotional and energetic wellbeing, allowing intuitive insight to arise naturally and offering another perspective on how they may be feeling and what they may need.
Combining intuitive insight, energy healing and more than 45 years of experience with horses, I help animals feel heard, understood and supported.
Helping animals be happy, healthy and emotionally well.
What does a happy animal look like?
Happiness isn't simply the absence of unwanted behaviour.
It's about how an animal feels within themselves.
A happy, emotionally well animal may appear:
- calm and relaxed
- curious and engaged
- confident in their environment
- comfortable in their relationships
- able to express themselves
- playful and interested in life
- settled and content
- connected with the people and animals around them.
But sometimes the signs are much more subtle.
A change in mood, a loss of spark, increased tension, withdrawal, anxiety or unusual behaviour may be telling us that something has changed.
Every behaviour tells a story.
By learning to listen, we can begin to understand what that story is telling us.
Sometimes, you just know something isn't quite right.
Perhaps your horse looks fine, but you've noticed they've lost their spark.
Perhaps they're quieter than usual.
Perhaps they're anxious, tense or less confident.
Or perhaps there is no obvious problem at all—you simply want to understand your animal better and know whether they are genuinely happy.
During healing sessions, I use intuitive insight to sense what may be happening within your animal emotionally and energetically.
The information that arises can offer another perspective—helping you understand what your animal may be experiencing, what might be affecting their wellbeing and where they may need support.
It's about listening beyond what we can see.

You don't have to wait for a problem.
You may have come to One with Animals because your animal is showing signs of stress, anxiety or a change in behaviour.
But you don't need to have a problem to want to understand your animal better.
Perhaps you simply want to know:
Is my animal happy?
How are they really feeling?
Is there anything I could be doing differently to support their wellbeing?
Are they carrying emotional stress that I can't see?
How can I help them feel their best?
These questions are just as important.
Because supporting animal wellbeing isn't only about responding when something goes wrong.
It's about helping animals thrive.
The Animal Wellbeing & Healing Programme
A deeper look at how your animal is feeling
The programme gives you the opportunity to explore your animal's emotional and energetic wellbeing and gain intuitive insight into what may be affecting them.
It can be particularly valuable if your animal is:
- experiencing stress or anxiety
- showing a change in mood or behaviour
- lacking confidence
- struggling with separation
- recovering from a difficult experience
- showing signs that something isn't quite right
But it can also simply be for you if you want to understand your animal better and support their happiness and wellbeing.
