Animal Wellbeing & Healing Programme

A deeper understanding of your animal's emotional and energetic wellbeing.

A personalised programme combining intuitive insight and gentle Rahanni energy healing to support your animal towards greater calm, confidence, connection and wellbeing.

For horses, dogs and cats.

Your animal doesn't have to have a problem

Perhaps something has changed. Your animal seems anxious, withdrawn, tense or less confident.

Or perhaps you simply want to know that they are happy and doing well — and want to understand them as deeply as you can.

You don't have to wait for a behaviour problem before seeking support.

Sometimes it's about noticing the subtle changes. Sometimes it's about wanting to explore what lies beneath what you can see. And sometimes it's simply about giving your animal the opportunity to be heard.

Going deeper than the behaviour

Behaviour is one way an animal communicates, but it is only part of their story.

During a healing session, I combine intuitive insight with Rahanni energy healing to explore what may be happening for your animal emotionally and energetically.

This may offer insight into changes in mood, confidence, relationships or behaviour, or help you understand your animal's needs from a different perspective.

The intention isn't to label or diagnose your animal. It's to listen, understand and support their wellbeing.

How it works

Understanding your animal

We begin with an in-depth consultation to understand your animal, their history, environment, relationships and anything you have noticed about their wellbeing.

This gives us context before the healing sessions begin.

Three personalised healing sessions

Your animal then receives three individual healing sessions, each allowing time to explore and support their emotional and energetic wellbeing.

Intuitive insight arises naturally through the healing process, helping us notice what may be important for your animal at that time.

Uncovering the layers

Animals, like us, can be affected by experiences, changes and emotions that aren't always immediately visible.

Across the sessions, we gently explore the different layers of your animal's experience rather than focusing solely on what is happening on the surface.

Supporting positive change

The aim is to support your animal towards greater calm, relaxation, confidence, emotional balance and connection.

You may also gain a deeper understanding of your animal and what you can do to support their wellbeing going forward.

What might bring you to the programme?

You might have noticed:

  • A change in mood or behaviour
  • Anxiety, nervousness or tension
  • Separation anxiety
  • Loss of confidence
  • Withdrawal or a loss of their usual spark
  • Increased reactivity
  • Difficulty settling or relaxing
  • Changes following illness, injury, box rest or rehabilitation
  • A difficult transition or change in circumstances
  • Signs that something doesn't quite feel right

Or there may be no obvious problem at all.

You may simply want to understand your animal better and explore whether there is anything you can do to support their happiness and wellbeing.

What can your animal gain?

Every animal is different, so there are no guaranteed outcomes. The programme is designed to support:

Calm
Encouraging relaxation and a greater sense of ease.

Confidence
Supporting your animal to feel more secure and comfortable

.

Emotional wellbeing
Exploring emotional stress, tension and experiences that may be affecting them.

Connection
Helping you develop a deeper understanding of your animal.

Happiness
Supporting the conditions in which your animal can feel settled, content and able to be themselves.

Why three sessions?

Animals don't always reveal everything at once.
The first session may simply create space for them to settle and be heard. As trust and familiarity develop, further insight may emerge in subsequent sessions.
Three sessions allow us to move beyond a single snapshot and give your animal time and space for a deeper journey.

A programme for the whole animal

Your animal is more than their behaviour.

They have their own personality, experiences, relationships, preferences and ways of communicating.

My role is to listen, understand and support — always with your animal's wellbeing at the heart of the process.

Because when we understand how they feel, we can make better choices about how we support them.

Complementary support

Animal Healing is a complementary approach to wellbeing and does not replace veterinary care, appropriate behavioural support or training. If your animal has an unexplained change in behaviour, appears unwell, or you have concerns about their physical health, please consult your vet.
